Rhys Chatman is a composer, guitarist and trumpet player from Manhattan, currently living in Paris. I attended this wonderful and completely unusual concert and was surprisingly pleasant. I found it very impressive how they could keep the tempo so accurately and how such a noisy performance could be at the same time meditative and soothing....Loved it!!
Oneida was found in 1997 and is based both in Brooklyn and Boston. Their sound is a mixed of psychodelic rock, karoutrock, noise rock, electronic and minimalism, created by improvisation, repetition and driving rhytms.
